The first scoop

Hi! We're very thankful for all of our friends and family. We want to keep you posted and keep in touch better than we have in the past. We hope you enjoy our blog.

First off, I think I'll start with what's current and then backtrack a little and take you back through the past little while.

Wes had a business trip in late July, and I lucked into getting to go with him to Prague. It was also great that my sister, Heather was able to go with us as well. Here are a few pix in Prague. The first one is of Wes and Christy on the Charles bridge. The next one is us in Wenceslas Square, with the National Museum behind us. Then it's St. Nicholas Cathedral from the castle wall. The last one is Heather and Christy in the Royal Garden, next to Prague Castle. We had a wonderful time. The weather was absolutely perfect (70's and low humidity). We had a very nice visit/worship with the church in Prague. The public transportation system was great too. We got everywhere we wanted to go on the trams and underground trains. The architecture all over the city was spectacular and we saw many unusual, old trees as well. I'll show you more later. We'd love to hear from you!

I am SO GLAD, Christy, that you AND Heather were able to accompany Wes on this trip. I bet it was a good trip for all involved. Well, maybe not so much Wes since he was working!!
